  • Cards: Visa, MasterCard.

  • Conditions: Products must be unused, in original packaging, with a receipt. Refunds are processed within 3 business days. 
  • Exclusions: Custom-made or perishable goods are non-returnable.
  • Registration: Sellers need valid business documentation and a Jordanian bank account. 
  • Fees: Commission ranges from 5–15% per sale, depending on the category. 
  • Support: Tools for inventory management, promotional campaigns, and logistics partnerships (e.g., with Cross Jordan for distribution).

Yes. The platform is fully bilingual (Arabic/English), with customer support in both languages. Product descriptions and checkout are available in Arabic.
